Phase Three

Remediation and Demolition

Once all assets were monetized and removed from the site, Reich Brothers began the demolition of the 1,800,000 square feet of building and structures.

Simultaneously, Reich Brothers executed on a pre approved plan with the Ohio EPA to remediate the environmental contaminants at the 70 acre site. The multi million dollar remediation will lead to an NFA from the Ohio EPA and position the site for new construction and employers.
