Reich Brothers purchased the 1,700,000 square foot 70 acre Oscar Mayer/Heinz-Kraft campus in Madison, WI. Assets included the machinery and equipment, real estate and multiple surrounding parcels.

Execution
November 2017- February 2018
Ownership holds a historic online and onsite liquidation of the machinery and equipment for the 1.1 million square foot multi-story production facility.

Phase Three
Infrastructure and Capital Improvement
March 2018 – March 2019
Once all assets were monetized and removed from the site, ownership began the massive project of separating and reinstalling utilities throughout the individual buildings on the campus. Each warehouse and office building (6 buildings totaling approximately 600,000 square feet) were given their own electric, gas, water, sewer and fire suppression. The 275,000 square foot office building was given a brand new $2,000,000 HVAC system and renovations for a new $1,500,000 lobby and amenities are underway.

Leasing and Sales
June 2018 – Ongoing
During the course of the infrastructure project, ownership has signed multiple leases throughout the campus and are in discussion with multiple interested parties for long term leases and sales of certain buildings/parcels.
