John Kling, Vice President of Reich Brothers Decommissioning, has been in the Decommissioning, Demolition and Environmental business for more than 30 years. John has completed over 1,000 projects ranging in size from $500,000 to $70 Million. Prior to joining Reich Brothers, John coordinated and managed a sales/estimating and contract management group with annual contract revenues of $75-$90 million for NorthStar Group Services.
John’s career started in the Contracting business as an Owner/Operator in commercial construction. Evolving in the Decommissioning industry early in his career, he held positions as Staff Engineer with PSI to Branch Manager with PSC to senior management positions with large Demolition and Environmental firms NSC Corporation, PDG Environmental, LVI Services and NCM Demolition and Remediation.
John has completed some complex decommissioning projects with Clients such as International Paper, DuPont, DOW Chemical, Formosa Chemical, Duke Energy and numerous other fortune 500 Companies.
Over the years, John has been responsible for the coordination of trades, labor negotiations, scheduling, cost tracking, sales, P&L, marketing, estimating, bidding, project management, overall cost control and interfacing with clients.
