Ron Schinik is the chief financial officer for Reich Brothers. Prior to this role, Ron co-founded CrownBrook Capital LLC, an investment group, which acquired majority interests in privately held micro-cap and lower middle market companies. He was also the chief financial officer of Quick International Courier, an international, non-asset based logistics company specializing in the expedited delivery of time-critical shipments.

Prior to joining Quick, Ron was a vice president of investment banking at Rodman & Renshaw, where he was involved in private placements, IPOs, and secondary equity offerings with a combined capital raise of approximately $300 million.

Ron began his career as a certified public accountant at Richard Eisner and Company after receiving his BA in accounting from Queens College, the City University of New York and an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant – State of New York.
