As senior vice president of real estate development, Marc Esrig is responsible for Reich Brothers’ real estate acquisition, disposition, and management of owned real estate.  Marc is a native New Yorker and has worked in real estate for more than 22 years.  Prior to joining Reich Brothers and its predecessor company Counsel RB Capital, Marc was the founding partner of Vista Realty Partners.

At Vista Realty Partners, Marc was the lead partner in the acquisition, development, redevelopment, leasing, financing, and management of numerous retail and commercial properties within the five boroughs and New York metro area. Marc’s accomplishments include acquiring a five-acre site at JFK International Airport and obtaining complicated Department of Environmental Protection approvals allowing the landlocked site to be developed. Marc also developed Chauncey Square, a well-known retail center in Dobbs Ferry, NY.

Prior to Vista Realty Partners, Marc was an officer of Greenthal/Harlan Realty Services, where he co-managed a distressed commercial real estate portfolio of non-performing loans, and a real estate owned portfolio with a face value of more than $100 million. Marc began his career in the real estate industry with the Charles Klatskin Company, a New Jersey-based industrial developer, broker, and owner of the Forsgate Industrial Park in South Brunswick, NJ.
