VICTORY PARK CAPITAL

In partnership with Victory Park Capital (VPC), Reich Brothers is a well-capitalized organization with the financial strength to develop significant capital from debt and equity markets to fund site purchases, provide execution capital and ensure successful transactions.

Victory Park Capital is a privately held, registered investment advisor dedicated to alternative investing. Founded in 2007, VPC is headquartered in Chicago with additional resources in New York, Boston, and San Francisco. As specialists in less efficient markets, VPC focuses on niche credit and private equity opportunities in both distressed and improving U.S.-based lower middle market companies. Whether VCP is acting as a lender or a control investor, its looks to identify situations on behalf of its LP’s where it believes the potential for reward outweighs the risks entailed. Since inception VPC has made investments and commitments on behalf of its clients totaling $1.4 billion across 40 investments.

VPC has invested in Reich Brothers through one of VPC’s private funds and brings a long investment horizon and ample capital for growth opportunities.
